Share Links, Realtor Questions & More
New
Share / Deep Link
  • Opening a property now updates the URL to #p-{id} — shareable or bookmarkable direct links to any property. The Share button in the detail header copies the link to your clipboard. Browser back/forward works too.
Realtor Questions Tab
  • A new Realtor Questions tab appears on every property. Claude generates suggested questions to ask the listing agent as part of its assessment. Editable by admin, with a Copy All button to paste into an email.
Assess Leads Before Approving
  • Admin can now run a Claude assessment from a Pending Review lead — before approving — to help make a more informed decision. Results appear in the lead detail modal.
GIS County Link
  • A County GIS map link now appears on the property detail page and in the lead detail modal. Opens the county's parcel viewer to look up tax records, boundaries, and zoning.
AI Language
  • Claude now uses hedged language ("appears to", "may indicate") for inferences, making assessments more precise about what is known vs. assumed.

AI Assessment, Enrich, Drive Times & Full Detail Redesign
AI Assessment
  • Claude now assesses Outpost properties — generates pros & cons labeled by category, scores all five dimensions (Commute, Terrain, Budget, Privacy, Water), and calculates drive times automatically when coordinates are set.
  • Assessment reads any uploaded PDFs (surveys, disclosures) and reviews property photos visually.
  • Top Family Pick and Top AI Pick appear in the stats bar — each shows the property name, score, and is clickable to jump directly to that property.
Detail Page Redesign
  • Full detail page redesigned to match the Compound tracker: Overview tab (default, shows pros/cons and notes), Details tab, Comments, Photos, Docs, and Realtor Questions — all in separate tabs.
  • Dual F / AI score bars when Claude scores exist.
  • Assess with Claude, Edit, Delete, Dismiss/Reactivate buttons all accessible from the detail header in admin mode.
Enrich Data
  • New Enrich data button scrapes the listing URL and auto-fills any blank fields. When a field conflicts with existing data, a pop-up lets you choose which value to keep, field by field.
Multiple Listing URLs
  • Edit form now supports additional listing URLs — useful when the same property is listed on LandWatch, Lands of America, and Zillow simultaneously.
Docs Tab
  • Uploaded documents now live in a separate Docs tab, no longer mixed in with photos.

Shier Outpost — Launch
New
  • Shier Outpost is live. A dedicated tracker for the family's recreational land search — separate from the multi-generational compound search.
  • Searching for 7–20 acres in Virginia & West Virginia, within 90 minutes of Bristow VA, budget $10,000–$30,000.
  • Scored on five dimensions: Commute (30%), Terrain (25%), Budget (25%), Privacy (10%), Water (10%).
  • Tracks key property features: cabin condition (none / fixer-upper / shell / move-in), water access (creek, river, pond, lake), road type, gated access, electricity hookup, well/spring, HOA flag.
  • Drive time color coding: ≤90 min green, ≤120 min amber, >120 min red.
  • Same workflow as the Compound tracker: submit a lead, admin reviews and approves/rejects, comments, open items, and photo uploads.
